Waterbury Fire Fighters make quick work of a basement fire in a vacant multi family dwelling on the corner of East Farms and Violet Sts. Crews quickly stretched in two lines to knock the fire down. They then only had to check for extension and evacuate the smoke from the other floors of the structure.
