Working Fire 126 Grand St 4/19/09

Waterbury Fire responds for smoke and flames showing from a window of a second floor apartment at 126 Grand St. They arrive to find the wooden window frame on fire which is quickly extinguished. The sill is overhauled and washed out and thoroughly check for any extension. The Fire Marshal's Office was called to investigate the scene which may have been caused by careless smoking or one of many incense sticks found stuck in the inside frame of the window.
