Basement Fire 33 Plaza Ave 3/24/2009
Waterbury Firfighters arrived onscene to find heavy smoke and fire coming from the basement of a OMD at 33 Plaza Ave. Though the fire was contained to the basement the rest of the structure sustained heavy smoke damage displacing 12 residents.
